Cyclical Maintenance & Servicing
Cyclical maintenance is the best way to ensure that a building is in good condition and to avoid costly replacements and repairs. With a planned maintenance service, we can quickly address and resolve any issue that we find.
At LFT, we offer planned and cyclical maintenance programmes – with the former covering large-scale repairs, and the latter working on maintaining the general condition of the property and some communal fittings.
We also undertake servicing jobs, call directly to discuss requirements.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We will assess the building and discuss the maintenance required with the customer. This will include the frequency of visits and details of what will be maintained. The company will agree a period of notice to the customer before commencing each maintenance cycle.

Powder coating is becoming an increasingly popular choice with our customers when choosing to update shopfronts and buildings.
Not only does the durable, high-quality finish provide a protective layer, but powder coating also emits a lower level of polluting VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) than traditional solvent-based paints.
Using electrostatic spray deposition to achieve the desired result, our teams meticulously mask all external surfaces to avoid contamination of external areas whilst applying paint.
